Allround quality is the key to success

Implement quality comprehensively

What characterises a successful company?
In the foreground, of course, are high-quality products and services. But today, these alone are no longer enough to survive in the market. The quality and thus the long-term competitiveness of a company is also determined by numerous other factors. These include, among others

  • the management system,
  • cost control and optimisation,
  • risk management,
  • a transparent and efficient process landscape
  • and the ability to constantly improve and renew.

Integrated management system as a target

SQS has the right toolkit and products to optimise the running of individual departments of companies or the entire organisation. The range of services and solutions provided by SQS is both generic and specific, spanning all branches of industry or catering to specific sector requirements. The ISO 9001 standard is an example of a general model for the introduction and certification of quality management systems and a first step towards establishing an integrated management system for companies of all sizes and sectors. It can be ideally combined with ISO 14001 (certification of environmental management systems) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety assessment series).

Fascination with quality

SQS was set up in 1983 and was actively involved in the 1990s in establishing an international standard covering all aspects of quality management. It was also one of the first certification organisations to advocate integrated management systems. These systems draw on various sources, combining methods and tools to create one common structure. This provides a means of pooling resources and exploiting synergies while also facilitating the management and oversight of companies. There is no end in sight to the growth and development in quality assurance. SQS intends to continue its systematic pursuit of its mission and help clients to achieve sustainable success for all stakeholders.
