Motivation

The Swiss Association for Work Integration provides, with IN-Qualis:2024, a quality management system specifically designed to ensure and develop quality in the field of work integration services.

Wirkung

IN-Qualis:2024 offers modular elements with which work integration organisations can establish and operate a quality management system.
IN-Qualis:2024 supports the organizations in demonstrating their professional quality and economic efficiency in their activities to government contracting authorities, participants, and referring agencies, as well as to the general public.

Zielgruppen

Work integration organisations support people with special needs in their social integration as well as their integration into the labour market or into an training place. The objective is to (re)establish, improve, or maintain employability.
The content of these offers may vary: Internal work opportunities such as workshops, in-house operations, studios, group programs, assignments in external companies, individual counselling/job coaching, and educational opportunities.
These services are provided in various areas where the quality standard can be applied: Unemployment insurance, disability- and accident insurance, social assistance, and immigration services.

Gültigkeit

3 years – As part of the continuous development, a surveillance audit takes place annually and a recertification audit after 3 years.

Anerkennung

IN-Qualis:2024 is a quality label for work integration services in Switzerland, recognised by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS). SQS is accredited as a certification body for IN-Qualis:2024.
