Motivation

With IN-Qualis:2018, the Swiss Association for Work Integration provides a quality management system that was specifically created to ensure and develop quality in the field of work integration services.

Wirkung

IN-Qualis:2018 offers modular elements with the help of which work integration organisations can establish and operate a quality management system.
IN-Qualis:2018 supports the organisations in demonstrating professional quality and economic efficiency in their activities when dealing with official clients, participating- and assigning expert bodies as well as with the general public.

Zielgruppen

Work integration organisations support people with special needs in social integration and integration into the labour market or a training place. The objective is to (re-)establish, improve or maintain employability.
The content of the offers may vary: Internal work opportunities such as workshops, internal operations, studios, group programs, assignments in external companies, individual counselling/job coaching, training opportunities.
These services are provided in different areas where the quality standard can be applied: Unemployment insurance, disability- and accident insurance, social assistance and migration.

Gültigkeit

3 years - in the sense of the continuous development, a surveillance audit takes place annually and a re-certification audit after 3 years.

Anerkennung

IN-Qualis:2018 is a quality label for the field of work integration services in Switzerland, recognized by the Swiss Accreditation Service SAS. The SQS is accredited as a certification body for IN-Qualis:2018.
