Assigned SQS auditors and client officers are permanent staff not involved in any commercial, financial or other operations which might influence their independence of judgment and integrity in relation to their activities.

SQS climate service auditors are environmental management system auditors licensed according to ISO 19011 with particular professional competence in their area of specialization and additional qualification for our climate services.

In order to provide our climate services to the utmost satisfaction of all interested parties, we invite you to suggest, comment or to communicate your complaints by using our contact and complaints form.

Tasks and responsibilities of our climate services are assigned as follows.

The procedures for the handling of complaints and appeals and for the allocation of responsibilities are available upon request. Information on climate service auditors can be obtained with the Centre of Competence for Sustainability.
