Sustainable HRM Assessment of process orientated human resource management systems according to the requirements of The Institute for Organization and Human Resource Management (IOP)
What does the product offer? The criteria are
based on the research work of the Institute for Organisation and HRM (IOP) of the University of Berne.
HRM labelling requires the examination of all human resource management functions according to sustainability
criteria. All activities and processes which aim at the development and maintenance of staff potential
are evaluated with respect to professionalism and sustainability. The fulfilment of all ‘must‘ criteria
results in the awarding of the label.
Target groups Organisations with more than 50
employees (smaller organisations may also be considered if they are very progressive) which have already
established a progressive personnel management system or plan to develop in that direction.
