What does the product offer?
Certification of
providers of active measures for the promotion and integration into employment. The SVOAM (Swiss Association
of Organisations for Employment Market Measures) model is a quality management system whose objective
is to develop and guarantee the quality of suggested measures for integration in the job market. The
model combines the expectations of the following stakeholders: clients (public authorities), agencies
(RAV – Swiss Regional Employment Service) and participants. The SVOAM model stipulates the reproduction
and management at 3 levels - organisation, offer and participants - according to definite criteria.
Target groups
Non-profit organisations such
as: programmes for temporary employment, bridging offers, integration programmes or similar.
Customer's benefit
The SVOAM model fulfils the requirements of the
SECO (Swiss State Secretariat for the Economy) and might grow to an essential condition for subsidies- Tailor-made
system for such institutions
- Good basis for performance agreements with public authorities
