A successful quality forum

from the whole of Switzerland attended the SQS forum “quality, what makes life delightful”. They experienced
a versatile and enjoyable afternoon on the 16th of October in the Lucerne KKL.
“Paradise
is actually the name for a world, that knows no problems in quality” The philosopher Peter Sloterdijk
refers to it in his speech spraying with joke and associations.
Anton Lauber,
CEO of the Schurter AG showed what quality means in practice and gave Tipps to how the rising customer
requirements
can be satisfied.
In a sweeping account Aeronaut Bertrand Piccard
elaborates that one must throw ballast over board again and again and dare new things, in order to move
ahead - not only in ballooning, but also in the company and in private life.
Impressive
Ambassador Martin Dahinden illustrated that quality can become even very vital: In Cambodia he once
had to
cross an area, which was cleared briefly before of mines. Lacking care of the minesweepers would have
meant death.
Rounding the occasion off was a musical-dance intermezzo as
well as an outstanding Apéro Riche with exquisite beverages for the well-being of the numerous guests.
At the end of the event the SQS presented the 10`000sth certificate for the quality management
of Adrian Michel AG, to the Aargauer entrepreneur Markus Michel.

SQS certificate in environmental management for the company Verres Industriels SA resident in Moutier.
